Technology Professional Services Association Introduces The Europe Service 20
17 March Webcast to Report Key Trends in the Financial Performance of the European Technology Services Market
SAN DIEGO, CA -- The Technology Professional Services Association (TPSA), in collaboration with the Service & Support Professionals Association (SSPA) and the Association for Services Management International (AFSMI), announced the creation of The Europe Service 20.
Culled from the public financial records of 20 of Europe’s leading technology services providers, The Europe Service 20, like its global counterpart The Service 50, will be the trusted quarterly report on the financial condition of the technology services industry.
“A key benefit that TPSA, SSPA, and AFSMI offer its members is systematic benchmarking of the technology services industry,” noted Thomas Lah, executive director of TPSA. “As an extension, we are analysing publicly reported data from the largest providers of technology services in the European market. The combined information pooling will result in the most comprehensive set of data points yet compiled for the technology services industry.”
“By looking at the data we’ll be able to answer questions such as: What percentage of revenue comes from services versus products? What gross margins are achieved? Over time this trended data will offer insights that will help organisations better manage their service businesses,” added Lah.
In The Europe Service 20 webcast, scheduled for 17 March at 12:00 PM EDT/4:00 PM GMT, Lah will profile 20 companies, identify trending data, and comment on critical observations of this initial European services “snapshot.”
